Our founder, St. John Bosco, (Don Bosco) always had his eyes open to the needs of the young people with whom he came in contact. We, Salesian Priests and Brothers, try to do the same.

YOUNG PEOPLE’S EDUCATIONAL NEEDSa. The Salesians own and sponsor high schools in which both boys and girls can receive a good Catholic and Salesian Education that will prepare them for a happy and productive future. |
BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS AND SUMMER CAMPSThe Salesians sponsor local Boys and Girls Clubs and Summer Camp Activities to provide safe places where children can do their homework, play games, sports and be in a relaxed and supervised environment in those unstructured hours that all children have when they are not at home or in school. |
FUNDING THE EDUCATION OF FUTURE PRIESTS & BROTHERSThe Salesians wish to continue the work of St. John Bosco for the young and therefore, continually seek the financial support necessary for educating and forming men who are called to continue the Church’s ministry to the young. This is done through our Seminary Fund. |
ELDERLY AND INFIRM BROTHERS & PRIESTSThe Salesians have set up a trust fund to ensure that those men who have given their lives to follow Don Bosco’s dream of working for the benefit of needy young people are cared for when they become infirmed or aged and can’t continue working in the vineyard of the Lord. Unfortunately, this trust is under-funded and any help that you can give to help care for these religious men would be greatly appreciated. |
